Shipping Policy

TŪTĒ is a design and retail brand. All products are printed, packed, and shipped by independent print-on-demand partners. At the moment, orders are fulfilled by:
- Gelato
- Printify and their network of Print Providers
Because production and delivery are handled by these partners using their own carrier networks and policies, TŪTĒ does not operate its own warehouses or shipping services and cannot independently guarantee delivery times, shipping methods, or refunds. Any remedies (such as reprints, credits, or refunds) are subject to our print partners’ decisions and policies.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- After you place an order, it is automatically routed to either Gelato or a Printify Print Provider.
- The item is produced and shipped from the facility chosen by that partner (often the one closest to the delivery address, when possible).
- Production and delivery times depend on the specific product, destination, and shipping method offered by the partner.
Any estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by our print partners as guidance only. They are not promises or guarantees by TŪTĒ.
2. Shipping Destinations
Our partners ship to many countries worldwide, but availability, restrictions, and temporary suspensions are decided by Gelato, Printify, and their carriers.
- Gelato applies its own regional rules and guarantees to certain products and countries.
- Printify’s Print Providers set which countries they ship to and may exclude some destinations (for example, certain sanctioned or restricted regions).
If a product cannot be shipped to your country or region, checkout will normally prevent you from completing the order. TŪTĒ cannot override these partner restrictions.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
The shipping methods and carriers available to you depend entirely on the print partner and Print Provider handling your order.
- Gelato selects carriers and may offer different delivery options depending on product and region.
- Printify automatically chooses the carrier (for example, Economy, Standard, Priority, Express) based on performance, destination, and Print Provider setup.
Neither TŪTĒ nor the customer can manually select or guarantee a specific carrier. Partners may change their carriers and shipping options without prior notice to us.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are influenced by:
- Production time (printing and packing by the partner)
- Chosen shipping method (Economy, Standard, Priority, Express, etc.)
- Destination country and local carrier performance
Some partners, such as Gelato, have their own internal quality or delivery guarantee programs for selected products and regions. Any such guarantees are offered by the partner to TŪTĒ, and any compensation to you (if approved) is passed on under their rules. TŪTĒ does not create additional guarantees beyond what our partners approve.
Unforeseen delays (for example, customs checks, local carrier backlogs, weather conditions, or strikes) are outside of TŪTĒ’s control and are not something we can promise to prevent or compensate for on our own.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are set by our print partners and depend on:
- Destination country/region
- Product type, size, and weight
- Shipping method offered (Economy, Standard, Priority, Express, etc.)
The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment. TŪTĒ does not mark up shipping beyond what is configured with our partners, but partners may update their rates at any time.
6. Quality & Delivery Issues
6.1 Quality Concerns
If you receive an item that appears damaged, defective, or clearly different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
TŪTĒ will submit your case to the responsible print partner (Gelato or Printify/Print Provider). Any decision to reprint, credit, or refund is made by that partner under their quality and guarantee policies. TŪTĒ cannot promise a specific outcome in advance and cannot offer compensation beyond what the partner authorizes.
6.2 Late or Missing Deliveries
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:
- Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email (if available).
- Contact us with your order number so we can request an investigation from the print partner and carrier.
Some partners may choose to compensate for severe delays based on their own rules (for example, partial refunds or reprints in specific regions), but this is at their discretion. Where tracking shows “delivered,” any follow-up decision (such as reshipment) is made by the partner and carrier. TŪTĒ cannot guarantee replacements for orders marked as delivered.
7. Customer Responsibilities (Addresses & Special Requirements)
7.1 Correct Shipping Address
- Shipping addresses must be written in Latin characters.
- Provide full details, including building, house, apartment/unit number, and correct postcode.
- For international orders, a valid phone number is usually required.
Our partners do not validate addresses. If an order cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, any reshipment costs or credits depend on the print partner’s policy. In some cases, a new paid order may be required.
7.2 Country-Specific Rules
Some countries require extra details (for example, tax IDs, customs codes, or exact formatting for parcel lockers). These requirements are set by local authorities and carriers, not by TŪTĒ. If such information is missing and the shipment is delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs, TŪTĒ cannot guarantee any compensation beyond what the print partner, carrier, or customs authority allows.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or other import fees, depending on the destination country’s laws. These charges are not controlled by TŪTĒ or our print partners and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs inspections and processing can add extra time to delivery. TŪTĒ cannot speed up customs procedures or guarantee that no additional fees will be charged.
9. Force Majeure & Limitations
Neither TŪTĒ nor our print partners are responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Strikes and labor disputes
- Extreme weather and natural disasters
- War, civil unrest, or government actions
- Large-scale carrier disruptions or infrastructure failures
In such cases, we will do our best to support you within the limits of our partners’ policies, but we cannot promise specific outcomes, refunds, or timelines.
